Sometimes we can be very pressed for time. It is helpful for mentees to be able to see other teachers in practice, but they may not always have the time to visit in person. As a Mentor you can help set up some virtual visits to other classrooms. This way your mentee can see other teachers in your building or even in other buildings, grade levels, etc. This can also spark valuble conversations between mentee and mentor.

Hi Chrissy,
This is such a great idea! Since COVID, organizations recognize the importance of flexibility and many have utilized virtual options for meetings and conferences. Organizing virtual classroom visits would be a flexible option, especially for teachers who mentor teachers in other schools. I mentored a teacher from a different school and we often met virtually when we had our weekly debrief meetings. Thank you for sharing!
